Terms and Conditions for Online Orders

By purchasing any item (s) from The Nightingale Cancer Support at www.nightingalesupport.org.uk/events, regardless of how you reached the page and which device you are using, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The Nightingale reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any point, as well as any product description, information or price.  

All event orders are subject to availability and The Nightingale reserves the right to refuse to accept any order to any individual.  All event activities may have additional terms and conditions.

The Nightingale reserves the right to vary event registration fees and the process of any goods or services without notice.  

If you purchase an item via a third party e.g. Pay Pal you will receive a communication confirming the details of the items you have purchased.  The Nightingale does not send confirmation emails when a product has been purchased.

Refunds – refunds may be granted at the discretion of the charity.

Delivery – Items will be processed for postage within three working day of funds being cleared/notification of purchase.  The Nightingale uses Royal Mail Second Class delivery, so you can expect your item within three working days from posting, except during the busy Christmas period when extra time should be allowed for delivery.

The Nightingale can only accept online orders which have delivery addresses within the UK.  

Payment – All payments made to The Nightingale are secure.  The pages which take personal and payment details are via Pay Pal.  Pay Pal accepts most VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro debit and credit cards.  The Nightingale does not hold any payment card data.

Postage and Packaging – Costs will be added to your order during the payment procedure.  Postage is calculated based on product weight, as guided by our postal service provider. Rates and associated costs can be found on our online retail page.
