DONATIONS
We know that many of you have been clearing out over the past few months and we are so excited about the donations you will bring to our shops. We are only able to receive a limited amount of donations at any one time. Please bear with us if we are unable to take everything in one go but be assured that we do want them all. To avoid disappointment please call our shop ahead of time before visiting with your donation.
After being a stay-at-home Mum I enjoyed volunteering with The Nightingale so I applied to be a Holiday Relief Manager for the charity shops. When the position of Part Time Manager at the Oakwood shop came up, I jumped at the chance to be a regular member of the team.
Favourite Thing About Working For The Nightingale: The variety, both in the generous donations and meeting all the interesting customers, whilst knowing all our efforts go to such a great cause.
Pat joined the charity as a volunteer in 2010 and now works in our Baker Street shop one day a week and acts as a Holiday Relief Manager in our Oakwood and Waltham Cross shops.
