Anne’s daughter has been going through cancer treatment and sadly lost all of her hair because of it. In solidarity with her daughter, Anne decided to shave her hair and kindly raise money for The Nightingale. Her initial fundraising target was £100 but she reached £1,120! An amazing act of love and kindness from Anne!

The 5 cousins that make up Office In Action were inspired to create their company by their Grandmother who was diagnosed with cancer in 2019. Office In Action have put on a range of events (with more to come) and have donated some of their money raised to The Nightingale.

Kerry’s bags and other handmade creations are absolutely beautiful and make from scratch! She has been selling her bags at our Coffee Club and kindly had a stall at our Fashion Show, raising a total of £600 for her sales!

Funded by her works charitable march scheme and donation pool, Tara donated £3,989.15! Tara says, ‘I donated to The Nightingale as they supported my family when my dad passed away from cancer very suddenly in 2020. The support provided to families affected is so brilliant at such difficult times and for me there is no other charity I would like to support!’
